HOW IT WORKS
- You
give us your brief, outlining all the work you want completed.
- Once
the work is completed it will be sent back to you by courier, 1st class post,
e-mail, dedicated drop box or delivered by hand.
- Please note the final proof
reading is the responsibility of the client and must be done within 7 days of
receipt of the completed work.
- All
courier charges, postage, stationery, telephone calls and mileage are charged
at cost.
- Clear arrangements will be made
so the client knows exactly what costs will be incurred.
- Invoices
will be sent out once the job is complete with a breakdown of expenditure.
- A detailed time sheet will also be provided.
- Documentation
is only retained for long as necessary.
